GLASGOW: Two-time women’s singles champions Siti Zalina Ahmad faces an early exit in the lawn bowls competition.

The national No.1 suffered back-to-back defeats – going down to unheralded Saikia Nayanmoni of India (21-15) and Norfolk Island’s Carmen Anderson (15-21) – in her opening Group C bouts at the Kelvingrove Lawn Bowls Centre on Thursday.
