PETALING JAYA: Malaysia emerged triumphant in the ISTAF SuperSeries sepak takraw 2013/14 quarter-final match against Singapore 15-7, 14-16, 15-2 at Likas Stadium in Sabah on Saturday.
National coach Jamaluddin Hassan, in trying out different combinations in anticipation of a place in the semi-final, started with team mainstay Mohd Syazreen Qamar Salehan and SuperSeries first-timers Fazil Mohd Asri and Kamal Alfiza Shafie.
