PETALING JAYA: This year’s Asian Karate Championships will take a backseat to the Myanmar SEA Games as it is too close for comfort.
Malaysia Karate Federation (Makaf) secretary general Vincent Chen said the Asian Championships this year will take place in Dubai, just two weeks before the SEA Games, which will be hosted by Myanmar for the first time from Dec 11-23.
