Wee Wern eyes Asian title despite safety fears


PETALING JAYA: National No. 2 Low Wee Wern has rubbished talk of pulling out from the Asian Individual Championships and has instead set her sights on winning the title when the tournament begins at Islamabad, Pakistan from May 1-5.

There have been safety concerns in Pakistan as a result of their upcoming general election, which will be held on May 11.
