LONDON: Aston Villa swept to their fourth consecutive Premier League victory with a 4-0 away win over 10-man Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday.
Villa, who won 3-0 at Middlesbrough on Saturday, were somewhat fortunate to go one better at Ewood Park, where the game turned on a 53rd-minute penalty.
