PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Hafizh Syahrin Abdullah is racing against time to regain full fitness for the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Sepang Circuit this week after a bad fall during the warm-up session for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island.
The Petronas-backed Moto2 rider, who qualified 13th on Saturday, sustained heavy bruises in Sunday’s crash and could only finish out of the points in 16th spot.
