SILVERSTONE, England (Reuters) - Sebastian Vettel's third place finish at the British Grand Prix on Sunday was met with more pessimism than optimism by his Ferrari Formula One principal Maurizio Arrivabene.
"I think the glass is half empty, not half full," the Italian told reporters.
