PETALING JAYA: Hafizh Syahrin marked his first start of a second full season in Moto2 with a creditable 12th placed finish at the Qatar Grand Prix.
The 20-year-old Petronas Raceline rider powered his way from 19th on the grid in a thrilling race that saw poleman Sam Lowes and reigning Moto2 champion Tito Rabat crashed out early on Sunday.
