Hamilton sets the pace in final practice

MONTREAL, June 07, 2014 (AFP): Lewis Hamilton topped the timesheets for Mercedes in Saturday morning's final free practice session before the racers come out again later for qualifying in the Canadian Grand Prix.

The 29-year-old Briton out-paced nearest rival Felipe Massa of Williams by nearly half a second, while championship leader and German team-mate Nico Rosberg was third quickest in the second Mercedes on a warm morning at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve where the track temperature reached 35°C towards the end of the session.
