PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman finally achieved his dream of becoming the SuperSports 600cc champion in the Petronas Asia Road Racing Championship.
In the season finale at the Losail Circuit in Qatar on Saturday, the Musashi Boon Siew Honda Racing rider capped a brilliant season by winning both Races 1 and 2 to become the second Malaysian to emerge as overall champion after Chia Tuck Cheong in 2000 and 2001.
