Fujiwara ends Kawasaki drought


PETALING JAYA: Japanese ace Katsuaki Fujiwara ended Beet Kawasaki Racing’s drought in the Petronas Asia Road Racing Championships (ARRC) after winning Race 1 of the Supersports 600cc at the Autopolis International Race Course in Japan Saturday.

Fujiwara came up tops in an intense three-way battle, with a time of 22:55.198, ahead of wild-card Shinichi Nakatomi (RC Koshien) who had a time of 22:55.260 and Malaysian racer Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman who came in third with 22:55.294.
