KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank and Sapura rode on their first-leg advantage to qualify for the semi-finals of the overall title in the Malaysia Hockey League (MHL).

Maybank, 2-1 winners over Tenaga Nasional in their first-leg quarter-final match, won 3-2 in the second leg on Sunday at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil to go through 5-3 on aggregate.
