Misfit Faizal to miss UniKL clash

Terengganu's Faizal Saari (right), seen here in action in the Tun Razak Cup last year, has been suspended for the Malaysia Hockey League match against UniKL on Sunday.

KUALA LUMPUR: Terengganu will go into Sunday’s Malaysia Hockey League (MHL) Premier Division clash against Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) without star forward Faizal Saari.

Faizal, the leading scorer with Mohamed Razie Rahim of Kuala Lumpur Hockey Club (KLHC) with eight goals, was red carded in the match against Sapura on Friday. He is suspended for one match, but could face further punishment if the tournament technical committee decide to take a tough stand.
