Three women’s HAs told to merge with MHC asap

KUALA LUMPUR: Three women’s state hockey associations have yet to merge with the Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC). And they have been told to sort this out as soon as possible as the Sports Commissioner’s (SC) office is planning to cancel the registration of all the women’s HAs in the country.

“Three states – Perak, Selangor and Terengganu – have yet to merge as required. The final deadline for the merger was December last year,” said Sports Commissioner Ahmad Shapawi.
