KUALA LUMPUR: Sabah are in contention for a semi-final berth after hammering neighbours Sarawak 7-3 in Group A of the MHC-Milo Under-14 hockey championships at the Batu Buruk Hockey Stadium in Kuala Terengganu on Friday.
Mohd Faiz Azman, Joewel Banggai, Bhello Silverius, Duncan Zulkarnian (two goals), Mohd Azizul (two goals) scored for Sabah while Sarawak replied through Michael Xavier, Mohd Hazig Ashraf and Vincent Narang.
