Kerr wins final event, Ko claims $1 million jackpot

(Reuters) - Cristie Kerr eagled the par-five 17th for a one-shot win at the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship in Florida on Sunday, while Lydia Ko held off Park In-bee and Lexi Thompson to claim the $1 million Race to the CME Globe jackpot.

Kerr, 38, claimed her 18th career LPGA title and a $500,000 cheque by rolling in a three-foot par putt at the 18th to complete a four-under-par 68 for a 17-under 271 total at the Tiburon course in Naples.
