PETALING JAYA: Memories of her “special final round” came flooding back as China’s Feng Shanshan played a practice round ahead of her title defence in the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club.

Last year, she shot a sizzling final round of eight-under 63 on Sunday to bag the crown. Shanshan went nine-under on the back nine on that decisive day, including an eagle on the 16th hole, to win by three strokes.
