Kemarol leads weather-disrupted Impian Championship


PETALING JAYA: Kemarol Baharin fired a five-under 67 to seize the lead in the weather-disrupted opening round of the Asean PGA Tour co-sanctioned PGM UMW Impian Champion­ship.

The 29-year-old Kemarol took advantage of playing in the earlier flights as he opened a one-shot lead over Indonesia’s William Sjaichudin and reigning Player-of-the-Year Airil Rizman Zahari at the Impian Golf and Country Club.
