PETALING JAYA: S. Murthy underlined his intention to end his title drought when he raced to the top of the leaderboard in the opening round of the RM180,000 PGM Kelantan Closed Championship.
At the par-72 Kelantan Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, the 44-year-old Murthy carded a four-under 68 to join fellow veteran R. Nachimuthu at the top.
