KUAL LUMPUR: Danny Chia almost broke down in tears when he recounted the injury nightmare last year that could have ended his professional golfing career.

The 41-year-old spent most of last season on the sidelines after undergoing a surgery to remove bone fragments from his right shoulder in September last year.
