(Reuters) - Nick Watney was unable to replicate his sizzling form of the first round but did enough on Friday to stretch his overnight lead to three points after the second round of the Barracuda Championship in Reno, Nevada.
The 33-year-old American followed his opening nine-under-par 63 with a three-under 69, mixing five birdies with two bogeys for a total of eight points at Montreux Golf & Country Club.
