PETALING JAYA: Hosts Singapore enjoyed a convincing victory over perennial rivals Malaysia with a 15-8 win over their neighbours to lift the inaugural Prudential Causeway Trophy at the Laguna Golf and Country Club yesterday.
Having seized a 7½-4½ lead over Malaysia heading into the final singles showdown, the hosts needed four points from 11 matches to clinch the inaugural Prudential Causeway Trophy.
