PETALING JAYA: Malaysia need to beat Timor Leste on Tuesday or face the ignominy of ending their World Cup qualifying campaign bottom of Group A.
Datuk Ong Kim Swee’s side are now anchored at the bottom of the five-team group with only a point after four matches. They have scored just once and conceded 20 goals, including a 10-0 hiding from the United Arab Emirates. Timor Leste are fourth with two points.
