LONDON (Reuters) - Eden Hazard capped his best season as a Chelsea player in triumphant style on Sunday, scoring the decisive goal in a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace that secured the English Premier League title for the west Londoners.

The Belgium attacking midfielder, whose pace and trickery earned him the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) Player of the Year award last week, took his goal tally for the season to 19, 14 of them in the league.
