(Reuters) - The biggest cheer during Newcastle United's 1-0 home win over Aston Villa on Saturday came not after Papiss Cisse's goal but when Jonas Gutierrez began to warm up for the first time since overcoming testicular cancer.

The popular 31-year-old Argentine was among Newcastle's substitutes for the first time since having surgery to remove his left testicle following the discovery of a tumour and subsequent chemotherapy treatment.
