Padded up Kelantan ready for M-League challenge

PETALING JAYA: Kelantan coach George Boateng believes the Red Warriors are better equipped to challenge for a trophy in next season’s M-League.

The 2012 treble winners have roped in seven new players to get back to their winning ways after finishing empty handed last season. Kelantan finished a dismal sixth in the 12-team Super League. They could only manage to reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup and the quarter-final of the Malaysia Cup.
