PARIS (Reuters) - Champions Paris St Germain went top of Ligue 1 for the first time this season when Ezequiel Lavezzi's late goal earned a 3-2 win at Metz on Friday, the club's first victory there in 11 years.
The Argentine forward struck seven minutes from time to give PSG 30 points from 14 games, two ahead of Olympique de Marseille who take on Girondins de Bordeaux on Sunday.
