AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Netherlands recalled full back Jetro Willems after almost a year out when coach Guus Hiddink named a preliminary squad on Wednesday for next month's friendly against Mexico and the Euro 2016 qualifier against Latvia. There was no room however for Hamburg SV midfielder Rafael van der Vaart, Daryl Janmaat of Newcastle United, PSV Eindhoven midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum and Ukraine-based striker Jeremain Lens.

Striker Memphis Depay and defender Ron Vlaar are also back for the Amsterdam Arena matches against Mexico on Nov. 12 and Latvia four days later.
