LONDON (Reuters) - Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keeping a close eye on the transfer market but says finding a replacement for injured striker Olivier Giroud is not crucial to his team's hopes of mounting a Premier League title challenge.

Frenchman Giroud is out until the new year, having had surgery on Wednesday after hurting his ankle in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Everton.
