LONDON (Reuters) - Tim Sherwood has so much confidence in Emmanuel Adebayor that as soon as the Togo striker had a sniff of goal against Everton on Sunday, the Tottenham Hotspur manager knew the ball would end up in the net.
Tottenham maintained their challenge for a top-four finish when their only shot on target from Adebayor gave them a 1-0 victory over Everton in a Premier League match they were lucky to win.
