(Reuters) - FIFA has opened disciplinary proceedings against the Scottish and Croatian FAs after Croatian fans set off a flare and smoke bombs during this month's World Cup qualifier at Hampden Park, Glasgow.
Last week FIFA opened proceedings against the English and Polish FAs after Poland fans lit flares at their World Cup qualifier at Wembley on the same evening.
