LONDON (Reuters) - Europe's top soccer leagues set out the obstacles on Tuesday to staging the 2022 Qatar World Cup during the winter and urged FIFA not to make a hasty decision to reschedule the tournament.
FIFA's executive committee will next month discuss shifting the finals to the winter because of the searing heat in Qatar in the European summer.
