PETALING JAYA: Lions XII coach V. Sundramoorthy believes his side have outshone the “Dream Team” of Singapore, who won the double (League and Malaysia Cup) in the M-League in 1994.
“This team have outdone the team of 1994. For a bunch of rookies, they’ve done a great job,” he said at a post-match conference after the Lions XII thrashed relegation candidates Felda United 4-0 to clinch the Super League crown in their penultimate fixture at the Jalan Besar Stadium on Tuesday.
