PARIS (Reuters) - Newly-promoted Ligue 1 club Nantes said on Friday they were free to sign players after a Swiss court suspended the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruling that had upheld a ban imposed over a transfer dispute.
The French club took their case to the Swiss Federal Court, hoping it would overturn the ruling by the CAS.
