KUALA LUMPUR: Commonwealth Games champion Ooi Tze Liang will have to forgo participation in the lucractive Diving World Series this year.

The 21-year-old qualified for the men’s 10m platform individual for the Diving World Series for the first time after finishing an impressive fifth at the World Cup in Shanghai last year.
