Injuries prevent Pandelela-Mun Yee a medal in Canada


An arm and neck injury to Leong Mun Yee prevented her and Pandelela Rinong from finishing on the podium at the recent Diving World Series in Canada.

PETALING JAYA: A minor pain in the arm and neck of Leong Mun Yee prevented her and Pandelela Rinong from winning their fourth medal of the season in the fifth leg of the FINA Diving World Series in Windsor, Canada.

The world No. 3 pair posted 306.24 points to end their women’s 10m platform synchro campaign in fourth spot at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre on Saturday.
