PETALING JAYA: Pandelela Rinong made a breakthrough performance in the Diving World Series with another silver in the second leg of the Diving World Series in Dubai.
The Malaysian, who partnered Leong Mun Yee to take the silver in the 10m platform synchro on Friday, showed her mettle throughout Saturday’s five dives to post a 358.75 total (72.00, 73.95, 68.80, 67.20 and 76.80) for her second straight silver in the women’s 10m platform individual. This is the first time she has won silvers in the individual discipline in one season.
