KUALA LUMPUR: Josiah Ng made a winning return to competition, clinching the senior men’s keirin gold in the first leg of the South-East Asian Track Grand Prix at the Cheras Velodrome.
The 34-year-old, who was out of action for several months after suffering a broken collarbone and ribs as well as a punctured lung after a crash in the keirin event at the Track World Cup round in Mexico in December, stormed from the back to win ahead of French riders Quentin Lafargue and Charlie Conord on Sunday.
