WELLINGTON (Reuters) - Captain Brendon McCullum is expected to be fit for New Zealand's World Cup clash against Afghanistan next Sunday despite being hit on the arm in Saturday's game against Australia, coach Mike Hesson said.
McCullum was hit by Australia fast bowler Mitchell Johnson high on his left forearm and received treatment on the area, which immediately swelled up.
