Back-up bowler Muaz to play in World Bowling Championship


Ahmad Muaz Fishol was named in the six-man World Bowling Championship team by the Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress.

PETALING JAYA: Back-up bowler Ahmad Muaz Fishol will get to fulfil his dream of competing in the sport’s biggest event – the World Bowling Championship – after all.

On Wednesday, the 21-year-old was named in the six-man team by the Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress (MTBC) along with Alex Liew, Adrian Ang, Zulmazran Zulkifli, Syafiq Ridhwan Abdul Malek and Timmy Tan for the championships at the Khalifa International Bowling Centre in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, from Dec 6-14.
