KUALA LUMPUR: Westports Malaysia Dragons inched closer to their first-ever Asean Basketball League (ABL) finals after blowing away Saigon Heat 108-90 in the first of the best-of-three semi-finals.

The Dragons, who have never made it past the semi-finals on four previous seasons, were flying high at the Maba Stadium on Wednesday after finishing the regular season as the No. 1 seeds.
