KUALA LUMPUR: Lee Chong Wei has been absent from the men’s singles scene for almost six months now, but to him nothing much has changed in world badminton.
The 32-year-old world No. 3 is now under suspension for a doping violation during the World Championships in Copenhagen in August. Chong Wei, who lost to Chen Long in the Copenhagen final, is still waiting for the Badminton World Federation (BWF) to fix a date for his hearing.
