KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s challenge in the women’s doubles has ended in the All-England badminton championships with the defeat of Woon Khe Wei-Vivian Hoo in the opening round.

Khe Wei-Vivian failed in their bid to exact revenge over Japan’s Reika Kakiiwa-Miyuki Maeda when they crashed out 21-15, 11-21, 16-21 in 72 minutes.
