KUALA LUMPUR: Lee Chong Wei’s wish for a much-needed break has been granted.

The world No. 1 men’s singles shuttler has been withdrawn from the back-to-back Denmark and French Opens as he seeks to recover and recuperate from a hectic schedule and several disappointments.
