Men's singles gold perfect sending-off: Nur Azriyn


KANGAR: Selangor shuttler Nur Mohd Azriyn Ayub reckons that winning the men’s badminton team gold in the Perlis Malaysia Games (Sukma) will put him on the right track to win the coveted men’s singles gold medal.

The national back-up shuttler confirmed Selangor’s spot in the men’s team event final after breezing past Sarawak’s Wilson Lau Ngie Ding 21-8, 21-15 in the third match of the semi-final at the State Sports Complex badminton hall on Thursday.
