Khim Wah-V Shem bow out of Indian Open

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Open champions Lim Khim Wah-Goh V Shem suffered another demoralising loss – this time at the Indian Open in New Delhi.

The Malaysian No. 2, who were easily beaten by Singapore’s Danny Bawa Chrisnanta-Chayut Triyachart in the final of last week’s Malaysian Open Grand Prix Gold, went down 18-21, 21-15, 16-21 to Ko Sung-hyun-Shin Baek-cheol of South Korea. It was a bitter blow to the Malaysians as they were leading 14-10 and 15-12 in the third game.
