World No. 1 hopes Daren and Wei Feng will step up their game

KUALA LUMPUR: Former world junior champion Wang Zhengming of China showed steely determination in his bid to topple world No. 1 Lee Chong Wei but he did not succeed in the Indonesian Open last week.

Chong Wei, impressed by the Chinese’s persistence and resolve, hoped that Malaysia’s second liners – Liew Daren and Chong Wei Feng – would display the same attitude when they begin their campaign in the Singapore Open tomorrow.
