KUALA LUMPUR: The emergence of Cheam June Wei as another star in the making in the badminton’s singles department has brought the smiles to national singles chief coach Rashid Sidek.
On Saturday, the 16-year-old June Wei showed that he has talent to go far after winning the boys’ Under-18 singles title in the National Schools (MSSM) meet at Labuan.
