KUALA LUMPUR: For a mixed doubles pair that has only been together since April, South Korea’s Ko Sung-hyun-Kim Ha-na can come away from the Sudirman Cup final with their heads held high.
With the pressure very much on them to deliver the first point to stand any chance of getting a shot at the title, Sung-hyun and Ha-na were faced with the daunting task of stopping China’s world No. 1 mixed doubles pair Xu Chen-Ma Jin.
