Women compound archers want to compete in world champs next

SEPANG: The buoyant national women’s compound archery team are eyeing for more glory at world level.

After claiming a sensational first-ever gold for Malaysia in the World Cup in Shanghai on Saturday, the team of Fatin Nurfatehah Mat Salleh, Saritha Cham Nong and Nur Rizah Ishak arrived home on Monday with a call to the National Sports Council (NSC) to send them to World Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark, from July 26-Aug 2.
